Enrollment

We aim to make student enrollment a smooth and pleasant process. Please review our step-by-step guide below and contact us with any questions.

Questionnaire
Please fill out the Application for each child and Student Questionnaire if entering 7th grade or above.

Interview
At time of interview, please bring all transcripts, standardized test results, and $25 for the application fee.

Interview Requirements
1. Transcripts or report card from previous school with C average or higher.
2. Public school students applying to SBA should have scored a Level 3 or above on the state test or out of state equivalent.
3. Students transferring from private schools and home school students should have performed in the upper 50th percentile of Standardized Testing.

Placement Testing
Schedule a time for placement testing--cost is $35 per student. This usually takes about an hour.

* Cooperation and Waiver of Liability Form
* Handbook Acknowledgment Form
* Financial Acknowledgment Form
* Student Health Information Form
* T-Shirt Order Form
* Student Records Request / if applicable
* Pastoral Recommendation Form / 7th grade and above
* Scholarship Award ID / if applicable

Pay Registration/Book Fee and First Tuition
If your child has a scholarship, you will be responsible for the price difference between the scholarship amount and tuition / fees. Payment arrangements can be made through the office.
